If someone was telling me that a few months later I would have in my breakfast Quaker and I would be thrilled about, definitely would laugh! Quaker? no Way! But this was a huge mistake, because since I have started my diet , I have also changed the kind of food I am having… to something more healthy and more vegan! So let’s have breakfast together!
Breakfast is on of the most important meal of the day and always should give us energy. After all is a great way to eat healthy super food seeds that will make you cover your hunger! A cup of coffee without milk and let as start this amazing day!
Of course you can add more ingredients like almonds or walnuts and red berries or gojii berries or any fresh fruit. It is up to you! For me, I like all of them to taste them with Greek yogurt also!
