Sometimes you just need a delicious bite! Sometimes you just need to create something easy for your kid’s party or because their friends will come for a visit! Marshmallows were always something that I love and I consider them like a soft delicious candy to enjoy especially with hot chocolate! Actually marshmallows are always remind me Christmas…any idea why? This time I made them more funcy, with more color and chocolate! Chocolate Candies Marshmallows Pops!!!
This year my princess birthday party was not that funcy as it was last year, I have to confess that I was really tired to prepapre something and to invite all of ther friends. I have promised her, that we will have her party during Spring or Summer, with all of her friends! So, the only thing we did, was actually to invite her girlfriends, meaning 5 more young ladies! Believe me, it was like having at least 15 kids in my home! Anyway, a small candy bar was prepapred and natural skin care products and the Spa party was ready! And they adored the idea…and everytime they see me, they ask me when can we repeat this! Huge success I have to say!
I did not want to create a huge candy bar, but a small cute one with colors and yummy tastes. So Orange Cupcakes and Donuts were there and of course my beloved Coconut Cream Waffles. Marshmallows Pops with chocolate and small candies were also there! The young ladies enjoyed them more after their skin care treatment! Actually this sweet is really easy to make it and so yummy! The perfect treat for the Christmas!!!
What are we going to need:
– Dark Chocolate or White Chocolate or Milk Chocolate (it is up to your taste!)
– Giant Marshmallows (I found mine in Tiger Stores)
– Paper Drinking Straws
Let’s start the fun… because the only thing you need to do is to melt the chocolate using a ben marrie. Pass the drinking stras to the marshmallos and put them to the hot chocolate. Add springles and let them dry! The dessert is ready! So easy!
Have I told you that except my cups I have a small collection of paper drinking straws??? Oh yes…this is actually my latest passion! You never know what you can do with them…not only for your drinks and sweets but also to create adorable Little Elf Brooches or Ornament Stars or whatever you can imagine! Aren’t they really cute acrually?
