Ι have a “bad” habit… I love warm bread!!! And when I have at least one piece I cannot wait to taste it alone or with cheese or… you know what I mean. But again if you enjoy it with a cold beer, then it can easily became a good habit, especially for my hubby when he watch a football match!
For this recipe my kids helped me a lot. Actually it was from the moments you create mess but you enjoy and you laugh a lot. They created their bruschetta , we baked them and then they tasted them with a glass of orange juice!
What are we going to need:
– Fresh tomato (we cut it in small cubes)
– Feta Cheese (we cramble it)
– Olive Pasta
Cut the bread in slides and add your olive pasta. If you do not have olive pasta just use few olives (without the core) and mash them with olive oil. Add your tomato small pieces, feta cheese, fresh caper and some oregano. Bake them in the oven for five minutes (or more if you want them really crunchy). Your bruschettes are ready to enjoy them…
